He joined Idera in its early days through its acquisition of the SQL Server Product Line from NetIQ where he led the Technical Support team for all SQL Server products and the Operation Manager product which was subsequently sold to Microsoft and is now known as System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). Meet Turbo, the delightfully tenacious Chihuahua mix that is the heart and soul of the Ramos Law Group, PLLC. Rescued by Mary and Alfredo Ramos, Turbo was an unexpected treasure found during a house-hunting expedition. Instead of a new home, they found a new family member.
